1. Introduction

Welcome to Meleve. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We believe your checklists and reminders are personal — they belong to you and only you.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Meleve is designed so that your data stays entirely under your control, on your device.

The App does not:

• Collect names, emails, or phone numbers
• Track your location or movement data
• Use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics or Firebase)
• Require account creation or login of any kind
• Send your checklists to any server

3. Data Storage

Your checklists, items, reminders, and custom icons are stored locally on your device using SwiftData (on-device only). Meleve does not use iCloud sync or any cloud service. Your lists live exclusively on your iPhone.

If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device. There is no server-side backup because there is no server.

4. Third-Party Services

Meleve uses one third-party service for in-app purchases only:

• RevenueCat — used to manage the one-time premium purchase and restore purchases. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous device identifier for the purpose of processing transactions and preventing fraud. No personal or financial data is shared with RevenueCat. • Apple App Store — handles all payment processing. No payment information is ever seen or stored by Meleve.

Meleve does not use any advertising networks, tracking technologies, or analytics SDKs.

5. Notifications & Reminders

Meleve sends you notifications to remind you about your checklists. These reminders are generated locally on your device. We do not collect data about whether you open notifications or interact with them. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone settings.

6. Data Security

Since all data stays on your device, its security depends on your iPhone's own protection. We recommend:

• Using Face ID, Touch ID, or a strong passcode
• Keeping your iOS version up to date to receive security patches

7. Your Rights

Since we don't hold your data on any server, you have full and immediate control:

• Delete entries: Tap any item in a list to remove or edit it.
• Delete lists: Swipe to delete any list from your home screen, or use the edit menu to remove multiple lists.
• Delete all data: Simply uninstall the app. All checklists, items, and reminders are permanently removed from your device. This action is irreversible.
• Restore purchases: You can restore your one-time premium purchase at any time from within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

Meleve does not knowingly collect information from children. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, the app is suitable for users of all ages who want a simple, pressure-free way to manage their checklists.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
