1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using Meleve ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Meleve

Meleve is a minimalist checklist application designed to help you remember what to bring before you leave any location. The App allows you to create multiple checklists for different places, add custom items with icons, set reminders, and access your lists via home screen widgets. All data is stored locally on your device — no accounts, no servers.

3. Purchases & Premium Features

Meleve offers a one-time purchase to unlock premium features. There is no subscription.

  • The free tier includes one checklist and core features (items, icons, basic widgets).
  • The one-time premium purchase unlocks unlimited checklists and all current and future premium features.
  • All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
  • You can restore your purchase at any time from within the App.
  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or reorganize features between free and premium tiers at any time.

Purchase Processing — RevenueCat

Meleve uses RevenueCat to verify purchase status and manage access to premium features. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous device identifier for fraud prevention and transaction verification. No personal or financial data is shared with RevenueCat beyond what is required to verify your purchase. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your checklist data, including list names, item descriptions, custom icons, and reminder schedules. All of this data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not collect, access, or have any visibility into your personal checklists or data.

6. No Cloud Sync

Meleve does not use iCloud or any cloud synchronization service. Your checklist data exists only on the device where it was created. If you switch devices or uninstall the App, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend this simplicity as a feature — your checklists stay yours.

7. Widgets & Notifications

Meleve provides home screen widgets that allow you to view and interact with your checklists directly from your home screen. The app also sends notifications to remind you about your checklists based on reminders you configure. You can disable widgets and notifications at any time in your iPhone settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF CHECKLIST DATA DUE TO DEVICE FAILURE, APP DELETION, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

9. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
